We are now looking for one or more case officers for the group for pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and pharmacies (LMA) with a focus on governance and operational management, as well as coordination of group and unit-wide processes. Some responsibility for individual issues is also included. The group primarily handles questions related to pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and pharmacies, but also other related areas such as donations and transplants, life science, and cosmetics.
In the role of case officer, you will prepare, coordinate, and analyze materials for the government's positions on issues concerning pharmaceuticals and medical technology, as well as lead and participate in the work of planning, implementing, and coordinating efforts primarily related to pharmaceutical and medical technology issues. You will also draft bills, letters, and departmental communications and manage ongoing tasks such as inquiries, interpellations, and correspondence within the group's and, if necessary, the unit's areas of responsibility. Furthermore, participation in international processes and contexts, as well as work within the framework of the government's governance of authorities, is included.

Your Background
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in social sciences or another relevant field. You have documented experience in case handling at a government agency, region, municipality, or interest organization, as well as very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Additionally, experience working in the Government Offices with coordination and governance, experience working in a region or municipality within healthcare or related areas, or knowledge of the organization, functions, and working methods of the healthcare system is considered an asset.

Other Information
The announcement concerns one or more fixed-term positions for 12 months with a start date by agreement. The position is classified in a security class, and a security review with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made.
